Why deep tissue

Not just for exercise addicts

“Deep tissue massage is an inclusive therapy and not just for exercise addicts! Whether you have a physical job or hobby or are inactive for long periods of time due to your job or personal circumstance, you can benefit from a bit of massage maintenance every now and then.”

“Deep tissue massages improve blood flow to your muscles by stimulating the circulatory system. You'll get an influx of oxygen-rich blood, which helps flush out the byproducts of activity or inactivity, and delivers fresh nutrients.”

“Regular massage helps rejuvenate tired muscles, reduce injury risk and hopefully enable you live your life less tense and free of pain.”

Guy's own words, from runew.me.

Good to know

Before your first visit

What to wear?

The session will usually include an element of therapeutic stretching so the best clothing to wear is sports/running shorts or short leggings and a vest or t-shirt that you can remove easily if I work on your back and neck. Underwear is also perfectly fine, any areas not being worked on will be covered in large towels, allowing modesty and warmth for the duration of the treatment.

Will it hurt?

Working within the pain thresholds of the client is key to delivering a successful therapy session and comfort is everything. I always ‘check in’ with clients regarding the level of pressure to apply during the session!

Do you have changing facilities?

Yes, we have a private changing room and WC. This means you can come to us before or after work, bringing your change of clothes with you if you wish.

Can I bring a chaperone?

Yes, 100%. Some people can be nervous or anxious on their first or any visit so please feel free to bring a friend or relative if it helps.

Where are you based?

I am based at Body Matters on Steyning High Street, opposite the White Horse pub. The easiest place to park is the public car park on the high street. There is free parking in the surrounding streets.

Book a massage

Call, text or email Guy today. The finished site would book for you.

Right now booking is a message to Guy — and that still works. This preview deliberately shows no calendar: fake availability would be worse than none.

The full build would put a live calendar here, showing real clinic slots at Body Matters and real mobile slots for your home or workplace, with confirmation and a reminder sent to your phone. It would also sell the gift voucher online at a real price, valid for 2 years, ready to show on a phone.

Clinic hours

Monday to Wednesday, late appointments to 8pm.

About this preview

A prototype, not the finished article

This is a one-page concept built by Fully Booked from what is publicly on runew.me — Guy's own words, his published prices and his clients' Google reviews. Nothing on this page is connected to a diary, takes a payment or collects any information. The real build would be considerably more detailed.

A full version would carry your complete set of pages — Home, Book, Info/FAQ, Contact, Gift Voucher and Blog — rather than the single page you're looking at, plus:

  • Live booking for clinic and mobile appointments, wired to your actual diary, with confirmations and reminders
  • The gift voucher sold at a real price, online, without a “£0.00” in sight
  • Your logo at proper size — here “RUNEW” is set in type because the original couldn't be recovered from the current site
  • Photographs of you and of Body Matters in place of the one stock image, which is the same one your current site uses
  • A blog that has something in it, or no blog at all

Placeholders you will spot: the clinic hours are shown as “Monday to Wednesday, late appointments to 8pm” because your Book and Contact pages currently disagree; the finished site would carry whichever is right. This page is deleted immediately on request.
